Relocations are governed by two long lead items: structured cabling and carrier circuits. Both are confirmed at the start, because everything else can be compressed and neither can. From there the plan covers equipment audit, staging and pre-configuration, decommissioning sequence, cutover timing and first-day support.
We coordinate with landlords, electricians, cabling contractors and carriers so those relationships are managed rather than left for the client to chase between other responsibilities.

Meeting rooms and collaboration
Meeting room technology is specified against room size, use pattern and the platform you actually run — displays, cameras, audio, room scheduling and cable management. Rooms are commissioned and tested before handover, and staff are shown how to use them, because unusable rooms get abandoned within a fortnight.

Everyday office systems
Printing and scanning with secure release where documents are sensitive, VoIP and telephony readiness with network quality of service, digital signage, and reception or shared-device setups.
